Pan Terra Industries Inc. announces name change to Kombat Copper Inc.

VANCOUVER, April 30, 2012 /CNW/ - Pan Terra Industries Inc. ("Pan Terra" or the "Company") (TSX.V: PNT) is pleased to announce that effective April 30, 2012, the Company's name will change from "Pan Terra Industries Inc." to "Kombat Copper Inc."

At the opening of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Monday April 30, 2012, the trading symbol for the Company will change from "PNT" to "KBT".  The new CUSIP number will be 50045T108 and the new ISIN number will be CA50045T1084.  The share capital of the Company remains unchanged.
