Paradigm Quest to support mortgage broker distribution expansion at Manulife Bank

TORONTO, March 28, 2016 /CNW/ - Paradigm Quest Inc. ("Paradigm") has been engaged by Manulife Bank of Canada ("Manulife Bank") to deliver outsourcing services to support the Bank's expansion of their mortgage broker channel business.  Paradigm is Canada's leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company in the financial services sector.

Beginning with a pilot phase on March 28, Paradigm will provide mortgage underwriting and funding support for a national expansion initiative, which will take place in stages over the next several months. Manulife Bank-certified mortgage brokers will be able to offer their customers a product suite that includes the innovative Manulife One all-in-one account and Manulife Bank Select mortgage products. The brokers will access their Manulife Bank mortgage deals and interact with Paradigm's experienced underwriting staff through Paradigm's advanced technology platform.
