TORONTO, April 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Must-see TV indeed! A deal between shomi™ and NBCUniversal will delight viewers through the spring, the summer, and beyond with exclusive series, fan favourites, and movies. Mourning the series finale of Parenthood? Catch up with the Bravermans from the very beginning. Windy City heroes your thing? Chicago Fire and Chicago PD to the rescue. And the funny thing about office politics is that, well, they're pretty hilarious to everyone outside the cubicle so take a memo and catch The Office, Parks and Recreation, and 30 Rock. And yes, this shomi / NBCUniversal deal also includes a princess. More on that later…
The deal includes the Canadian exclusive streaming rights to some of the biggest hit series from NBCUniversal to discover or revisit, binge-style, including today's full-season release of Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce. In addition to Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and Parenthood, other shomi-exclusive series include 12 Monkeys, Dig, State of Affairs, Dominion, Satisfaction, Defiance, Royal Pains, and Warehouse 13.
Other titles joining The Office, Parks and Recreation, and 30 Rock on shomi on a non-exclusive basis include Friday Night Lights, Kings, Alphas, Amazing Stories, Covert Affairs, Eureka, Caprica, Quantum Leap, Battlestar Galactica, and Boo! A catalogue of more than 375 movies rounds out the content deal.

And as promised, there's a princess in the mix. But not just any princess. No, in true shomi fashion, she's tough, heroic, and legendary – she's Xena: Warrior Princess!
