Park Lawn Company Limited Announces Cancellation of Normal Course Issuer Bid

TORONTO, Dec. 1, 2017 /CNW/ - Park Lawn Company Limited (the "Company") (CSE Symbol: PRL) announced today that it is cancelling its normal course issuer bid through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange. 

Under the normal course issuer bid, the Company was permitted to purchase up to 49,603 shares representing up to 10% of the public float of the currently issued and outstanding shares of the Company. As of November 30, 2017, the Company has purchased 49,300 shares of the Company. All shares purchased have been cancelled.
