OTTAWA, April 19, 2013 /CNW/ - On Tuesday, 23 April 2013, the Governor of the Bank of Canada, Mark Carney, will appear before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance. He will be accompanied by Senior Deputy Governor Tiff Macklem.
