Pasinex announces closing of private placement
VANCOUVER, Dec. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Pasinex Resources Limited (CNSX: PSE) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement (the "Private Placement") of a total of 3,300,000 Units at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $330,000.
Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one half of a share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a period of two years from closing.
The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used by the Company for continued exploration of its mineral properties located in Turkey and for working capital.
In connection with the completion of the Private Placement, the Company has paid finder's fees of $9,160.00 cash 9,160 finder's warrants. Each finder's warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of two years from the date of closing of the Private Placement.
Securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold period expiring April 22, 2014.
