MONTREAL, May 15, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Quebec Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada is proud to be able to count on the participation of Patricia Paquin as spokesperson for Medavie Blue Cross MS Bike for the 15th year in a row. As such, she invites cyclists at all levels to take part on one of the two routes of the 25th Medavie Blue Cross MS Bike, which will take place on the last two weekends of August.
"Every year at MS Bike, I'm impressed to see the solidarity everyone feels and the desire to make the event a huge success. People who are cycling for a friend, a colleague or, like me, a sister… My dearest wish? Not to celebrate the 30th MS Bike because a cure has been found. So let's keep hoping. I hope lots of people will register and make a difference for the 20,000 Quebec families affected by MS. Thank you for participating, thank you for donating, thank you for hoping." Organized to support the Quebec Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, the activity involves routes chosen by the team at Vélo Québec ÉVÉNEMENTS. The cycling challenge will be held in the Montérégie region on August 16 and 17, and in the Beauce on August 23 and 24. Participants will be able to explore different regions of Quebec and choose route options ranging from 50 to 150 km a day.
