Patrick Farmer makes $1 million donation to the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation
TORONTO, Aug. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Patrick Farmer, Chairman of Cymbria Corp., today announced his intention to donate $1 million in Cymbria Class A shares to the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation over a five-year period.
Patrick donated a portion of his Cymbria Class A shares to the Foundation on August 2, 2013 and will continue with his donations over the next four years. "I'm pleased to have the opportunity to support Toronto General & Western Hospital's ground-breaking research centres and programs that focus on finding answers to neural-related diseases and disorders," says Patrick.
Patrick continues to be one of Cymbria's largest investors after accounting for this donation.
