Patrick Priestner Announces Acquisition of Acura Dealership

EDMONTON, April 25, 2016 /CNW/ - Mr. Patrick Priestner announced today that Honda Canada Inc. has approved the purchase of an Acura dealership, through a holding company ("PPH") - 100% of the equity and voting shares of PPH being wholly owned by Mr. Priestner. The dealership is located in Edmonton, Alberta and operates under the name of Southview Acura. PPH and a company controlled by Mr. Dave King, will own 75% and 25% of the dealership respectively.

Southview Acura has been servicing the Edmonton area for over 14 years.  In 2015 Southview Acura sold 485 new vehicles and 175 used vehicles.
