Patrick Priestner Announces Acquisition of Honda Dealership

EDMONTON, Nov. 11, 2015 /CNW/ - Mr. Patrick Priestner announced today that Honda Canada has approved the purchase of a Honda dealership, through a holding company ("PPH") - 100% of the equity and voting shares of PPH to be to be wholly owned by Mr. Priestner. The dealership is based in Whitby, Ontario and operates under the name of Whitby Oshawa Honda. Mr. Priestner shall be named dealer operator of Whitby Oshawa Honda.

Whitby Oshawa Honda has been servicing the Whitby/Oshawa area for over 25 years.  In 2014 Whitby Oshawa Honda sold 812 new vehicles and 725 used vehicles.
