Paul Martin to Serve as Special Advisor to Minister of Finance regarding pensions
TORONTO, Jan. 23, 2014 /CNW/ - The Police Association of Ontario commends Premier Kathleen Wynne regarding her announcement that the Right Honourable Paul Martin will be serving as Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance to create a made-in-Ontario solution to enhance retirement security for the people of Ontario.
The Police Association of Ontario strongly believes that all hardworking Ontarians deserve to retire with dignity and financial security. Ensuring reasonable retirement income for Ontarians is not simply reasonable and fair but it is sound financial policy, which can only strengthen the economy as people move into retirement retaining the ability to contribute to the economy as they did while working.
