Pavilion Alternatives group formed by the combination of Altius Associates and LP Capital Advisors; Acquisition enhances Pavilion's positioning in global institutional alternative asset advisory business
LONDON, United Kingdom and SACRAMENTO, CA, Sept. 7, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Pavilion Financial Corporation (Pavilion), a North American based employee-owned, investment services firm, today announced the closing of the acquisition of Altius Holdings Ltd., the parent company of Altius Associates Ltd. and Altius Associates (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (Altius Associates). Altius Associates is a global private markets advisory and separate account management firm with offices in the UK, U.S. and Singapore.
Pavilion also announced the establishment of Pavilion Alternatives Group™ which represents the combined operations of Altius Associates and LP Capital Advisors, LLC (LPCA), the alternative asset advisory subsidiary of Pavilion headquartered in Sacramento, California. The rebranding for both organizations is effective immediately.

Mr. Cox, former President and Managing Director of LPCA, will lead the Pavilion Alternatives Group team which includes former Altius Associates founder John Hess in the role of Head of Global Strategic Initiatives and former Altius Associates co-CEOs, Jenny Fenton and Brad Young in the roles of Chief Operating & Risk Officer, and Managing Director & Head of Private Markets Advisory, respectively.
