NEW WESTMINSTER, BC, May 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Pebble Creek Mining Ltd. ("Pebble Creek" or "the Company") announces that Messieurs Andrew Nevin and Gyan Singhai have resigned as directors and/or officers of Pebble Creek and its various subsidiaries, including Adi Gold Mining Pvt. Ltd.

Messieurs Randy Miller and Herb Brugh, directors of the Company, have been appointed directors of Adi Gold Mining Pvt. Ltd. and the other subsidiaries of the Company.
