Pembina Pipeline Corporation appoints President & COO
CALGARY, Feb. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSX: PPL, PPL.DB.C) ("Pembina" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mick Dilger to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, effective February 15, 2012.
During his time with Pembina, Mick has been instrumental in the development and growth of Pembina's four business units, creating new service offerings for the Company's customers designed to meet their evolving requirements. He has led the teams responsible for the successful execution of a number of large-scale, complex capital projects and has worked with Pembina's business units in the development of new and expanded business opportunities.

In his new role as President and COO, Mick will continue to have oversight and accountability for Pembina's business units and will report to Bob Michaleski who will retain the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Mick joined Pembina in 2005 as Pembina's Vice President of Business Development before being appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2008. Prior to Pembina, Mick worked as an executive in various finance and business development positions in oil and gas and infrastructure organizations ranging from initial capitalization phase enterprises to the subsidiaries of multi-national corporations. His expertise includes corporate and strategic development, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as finance and business development.
Pembina Pipeline Corporation transports crude oil and natural gas liquids produced in Western Canada, owns and operates oil sands pipelines and has a strong presence in midstream & marketing and gas services sectors. Pembina's common shares and convertible debentures are traded on the TSX under the symbols PPL and PPL.DB.C respectively.
