People's Choice Prize - Gaz Métro, Powered by Videotron Business Solutions - Discover and vote for your favorite project!

QUÉBEC CITY, June 2, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Voting is now open! After several weeks of local, regional and national juries, the 18^th OSEntreprendre Challenge is pleased to announce the seven finalists of the People's Choice Prize – Gaz Métro, Powered by Videotron Business Solutions.

They all have in common exceptional entrepreneurial profiles, inspiring personalities and leadership to spare! From the regions of Bas‑Saint-Laurent, Mauricie, Laurentides, Capitale-Nationale, Laval, Montérégie and Outaouais, the entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial teams competing for the People's Choice Prize were recommended by the national juries from each of the official categories of the Business Creation division.

From now until June 16, 2016, the public will choose his favorite entrepreneur by voting on the website of the OSEntreprendre Challenge www.osentreprendre.quebec/en. To help them in their decision making, the Challenge has prepared a brief description of each business listed among the finalists, and encourages everybody to vote!

Voting will continue until 6 p.m. on June 16, the date of the Challenge's 18^th Desjardins Grand Prize Gala. The business that garners the most votes will be declared the winner. Its name will be announced during the awards ceremonies, hosted by Charles Lafortune and shown live on the Challenge Web site by Videotron Business Solutions. Since the objective of this prize is to promote and provide visibility for businesses, the winning candidate will have a colour advertisement placed in the newspaper Les Affaires and an advertising placement in a communication device in its industry. Finally, a video clip filmed during the Grand Prize Gala will be posted on the Internet and a copy of it will be given to the winner.
