Peter Block to Lead Financial Communication Offering at NATIONAL

TORONTO, Aug. 3 /CNW/ - John Crean, National Managing Partner of NATIONAL Public Relations, is pleased to announce that Peter Block has returned to NATIONAL's Toronto office to lead the financial communication service offering. This appointment reflects the firm's continued drive to offer exceptional service in helping its clients meet their business objectives. Peter's multi-sector experience in financial communication and investor relations has seen him work on some of the largest and most complex financial transactions in Canada including M&As, proxy battles, restructurings and Plans of Arrangement. He has also done considerable work in stakeholder engagement, particularly in connection with infrastructure and energy developments. Peter spent five years with NATIONAL in Toronto before moving to the firm's Calgary office for three years. He spent the last two years running an affiliated public relations firm in Toronto.
