Ma brings extensive retail sales and brand marketing experience, including head office retail management and retail merchandising. He will lead CROSSMARK Canada's Client Service and Account Executives Teams.
Ma has worked for top-tier manufacturers such as Unilever, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, McNeil Nutritionals and Johnson & Johnson. A graduate of Simon Frazer University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Ma is a member of trade groups such as the Food and Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC) and the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA).
