MONTREAL, Aug. 24, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Official Opposition Leader Luc Ferrandez is pleased to announce the return of Peter McQueen, City Councillor for Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, to the Projet Montréal caucus.
Peter McQueen temporarily left the party's caucus following his decision to seek the nomination in NDG-Westmount for the federal election. "Peter McQueen is an excellent councillor, very present on the field. He will resume his responsibilities with Projet Montréal and will continue to serve his fellow citizens in NDG," stated Luc Ferrandez.
"I have always had the interests of NDGers at heart, and I will continue to push forward on files that will improve the community to which I have always belonged. The experience I have acquired over the past few weeks will help me pursue my work with even more energy," added Peter McQueen.
