PetroBakken's Meeting will be held on May 26, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (MST) in the Main Floor Ballroom at the Metropolitan Centre, 333 - 4th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta. The presentation following the formal portion of the Meeting will be available for replay at www.petrobakken.com under the "Investors" section. After the formal business portion of the Meeting and corporate presentation, management of PetroBakken will provide a question and answer period.
