PetroCorp Group Inc. Announces Voluntary Delisting from the TSX

EDMONTON , Jan. 12 /CNW/ - PetroCorp Group Inc. (PCG:TSX) ("PetroCorp" or the "Corporation"), announces that, at the request of the Corporation, the common shares of the Corporation will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at market close on January 15, 2010 . The Corporation's common shares shall continue to trade on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. under the trading symbol "PCG.H" at the market open on January 18, 2010 .
