PetroKamchatka Plc (TSXV: PKP) Announces Director Resignation

JERSEY, Dec. 1 /CNW/ - PetroKamchatka Plc ("PetroKamchatka" or the "Corporation") a Jersey company, announces that Mr. Robert McClinton, a Director of the Corporation, has submitted his resignation from the board for personal reasons. The Corporation will continue with five remaining Directors. Mr. McClinton's positions on the Corporation's audit and compensation committees will be filled by existing Directors.

The Corporation thanks Mr. McClinton for his significant contributions to the company as a Director since November 2008 and previously as CFO to October 2008. Mr. McClinton has offered his services and help in the future as may be required on an advisory basis.
