PetroKamchatka Plc (TSXV: PKP) issues common shares to directors for services
rendered

ST. HELIER, Jersey, April 20 /CNW/ - PetroKamchatka Plc ("PetroKamchatka") has issued 565,469 common shares at $0.115 per share to four directors who have elected to accept such shares as a portion of their annual remuneration. This amount is for the period from October 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010 and represents one-half of the remuneration owed to these individuals for this period.
