Petrowest Corporation Announces Additional Director
CALGARY, June 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Petrowest Corporation (TSX:PRW) announced the nomination of James H. Coleman, Q.C. to its board of directors, to be elected at the upcoming annual shareholders meeting. Mr. Coleman is a Senior Partner of Norton Rose Canada LLP (formerly Macleod Dixon LLP) and is a director of a number of public companies. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, banking, securities and international law with a focus on the energy and resource sectors.
