Petrowest Corporation Announces New Chairman
CALGARY, June 29, 2012 /CNW/ - Petrowest Corporation (TSX: PRW) announced the appointment of James H. Coleman, Q.C. as chairman of its board of directors, replacing Bill Smith who remains a director of Petrowest. Mr. Coleman was elected to the board of directors of Petrowest at the shareholders meeting held June 28, 2012.
Mr. Coleman is a Senior Partner of Norton Rose Canada LLP (formerly Macleod Dixon LLP). He has extensive experience in corporate finance, banking, securities and international law with a focus on the energy and resource sectors.
