Petrowest Corporation Announces Senior Management Changes
CALGARY, Oct. 11, 2016 /CNW/ - Petrowest Corporation ("Petrowest" or the "Company") (TSX:PRW) announces that Roy Larson, Chief Operating Officer and Director, has announced his retirement from Petrowest's executive team, effective immediately. Mr. Larson was the founder of Larson Construction, which sold to Petrowest in 2006. Mr. Larson will remain on the Board of Directors.
In addition, Petrowest is excited to announce the hiring of Sami Saad as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Saad brings operational experience from the project management, construction and manufacturing industries spanning the last 18 years. Most recently, Mr. Saad was the Vice President of Construction and Project Management, at Civeo (formerly PTI Group). Prior to this, Mr. Saad was the Vice President of Construction, at North American Construction Group. Mr. Saad's experience within public companies and participation in management focused activities on increasing shareholder value will serve to enhance the existing executive team at Petrowest.
