Petrowest Corporation Reports Voting Results and Officer Appointment

CALGARY, June 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Petrowest Corporation (the "Company" or "Petrowest") (TSX:PRW) is pleased to announce that at its annual meeting of shareholders held today that each of the nominees proposed by management as a director of the Company were elected as directors of the Company.

Petrowest is also pleased to announce the appointment of Nikolaus Kiefer as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Mr. Kiefer joins Petrowest from a Canadian investment bank, where he was most recently a Research Analyst whose coverage included Petrowest.
