CALGARY, May 9, 2019 /CNW/ - (TSX – PFB) PFB Corporation ("PFB" or the "Corporation") announces that the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 25, 2019, were elected as directors of the Corporation at the annual meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2019.
All of the nominees proposed by management were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The voting results were as follows:
