PFB Corporation announces Robert Graham as Chief Executive Officer

CALGARY, March 8, 2018 /CNW/ - (TSX – PFB) The Board of Directors of PFB Corporation at a regular meeting today announces the appointment of Robert Graham to Chief Executive Officer effective March 8, 2018.

Mr. Graham joined PFB Corporation in 2016 and has held several positions throughout the past two years, most recently Executive Vice President. As part of the realignment of executive responsibilities, C. Alan Smith now assumes the role of Executive Chairman of the Board and stated, "Rob has been transitioning to this role at PFB for the past two years. We are confident that he has the leadership qualities to continue growth and strong results in the future."
