PFB Corporation Announces the Timing of the Release of its First Quarter Financial Results

CALGARY, April 14, 2020 /CNW/ - PFB Corporation's ("PFB") first quarter financial results will be released after the market close on Wednesday May 6, 2020. The condensed interim consolidated financial statements and interim MD&A for the three month periods ended March 31, 2020 and 2019 will be posted on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) on or after May 6, 2020.
Annual General Meeting Format
In response to COVID-19 safety measures, PFB will be hosting its annual general meeting (the "Meeting") on Thursday May 7, 2020 (11:00 MDT), as a live audio teleconference (the "Teleconference"). There will be no physical attendance at the Meeting. Shareholders attending the meeting by Teleconference will be able to listen to the Meeting and ask questions, all in real time regardless of geographic location. Connection details to the Teleconference and the management presentation will be provided within 24 hours prior to the Meeting on PFB's website https://www.pfbcorp.com/investors.
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote on matters before the Meeting and to attend the Meeting via the Teleconference. Voting instructions were mailed to all registered shareholders with the management information circular which is also available on www.sedar.com. All voting at the Meeting will be by proxy. To ensure common shares will be voted at the Meeting, shareholders are requested to complete, sign and date the form of proxy in accordance with the instructions set out therein.
