MONTRÉAL, June 27, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Manon Brouillette, President and CEO of Videotron, is pleased to announce the appointment of Philippe Cloutier as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
A seasoned strategic advisor, Philippe Cloutier will now oversee all of Videotron's financial operations, reporting directly to Ms. Brouillette. He will ensure implementation of the company's business plan and will be responsible for the Corporate Control department, the Procurement department and MAtv. He will also be in charge of mergers and acquisitions and will be actively involved in integrating them.

Philippe Cloutier has an impressive track record as an executive and brings Videotron a deep store of experience and leadership skills. His strength of character and organizational talents will make him a forceful manager and valuable asset for the company.
Among other things, Philippe Cloutier has served as Vice President, North American Operations of Reader's Digest and President, Canada of Quad/Graphics (formerly Quebecor World). He holds a Bachelor's degree in administration from HEC Montréal and an MBA from McGill University. He has also completed Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) training.
