Philippe Duval Appointed Director of the Society for the Celebration of Montréal's 375th Anniversary Français
MONTREAL, May 9, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Society for the Celebration of Montréal's 375th Anniversary is proud to welcome Philippe Duval as its newly appointed Director, a nomination that was unanimously endorsed by the Board of Directors today. Mr. Duval will assume his duties effective June 9th.

About Philippe Duval
Philippe Duval is a true leader with 30 years of experience in various fields : senior management, sales, business development and human resources, both here and internationally. Since receiving a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations at University of Montréal, Mr. Duval has held key managing positions throughout his career, namely at the Société de développement de la Baie-James, Danone (Aliments Delisle), Aéroports de Montréal and Molson Canada. Most recently, he has distinguished himself when, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Société des alcools du Québec from 2007 to 2013, he has successfully managed a major cultural change, allowing the corporation to improve its performance and profitability. Mr. Duval was awarded the title of 'Fellow' in 2012 - the highest honour bestowed by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés - he is also an honorary graduate of the University of Montréal's Faculty of Arts and Science.
