TO2015 IGNITE partners Kevin Milne and Wayne Wilton to embark on a 40,000-kilometre motorcycle journey through 18 countries, highlighting we are all part of the Americas
TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Kevin Milne and Wayne Wilton, official TO2015 IGNITE partners, will start their motorcycles and leave on a 40,000-kilometre journey through three continents and 18 countries to promote the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games throughout the Americas.
Milne and Wilton will make 18 stops at Canadian consulates and embassies and will end their journey on May 10 in Ushuaia, Argentina.
IGNITE is a community partnership program that enables individuals to create their own special Games-themed initiatives through an association with the TORONTO 2015 Games.
Photo Opportunity: Games volunteers will join PACHI, the TORONTO 2015 mascot, and form a "human tunnel" while holding the 41 flags of the competing nations as Milne and Wilton embark on their journey in front of the CN Tower, the Official Attraction of the Games.
