Photo Advisory - Toronto students use the principles of art & STEM to give back to local food bank
TORONTO, March 1, 2019 /CNW/ - This past Wednesday, February 27, Grade 5 students at Havergal College built structures out of canned and packaged food items, which will be donated to the North York Harvest Food Bank. Inspired by international, non-profit design and build competition Canstruction®, the project aims to decrease hunger and fight poverty in the North Toronto community.
