ParticipACTION calls on Canadians to submit or vote on favourite Canadian way to move at 430-foot-long hopscotch installation
TORONTO, Oct. 11, 2016 /CNW/ - It's time to get hopping! ParticipACTION's new installation of a 430-foot-long hopscotch in the pedestrian tunnel at Billy Bishop Airport will kick off voting for the ParticipACTION 150 Play List. The Play List, which is being created in celebration of Canada's 150th birthday next year, is the ultimate list of activities that define us as Canadians. Will hopscotch make the list? Canadians will decide.
The event will be attended by special guests and Play List partners, and will introduce the Play List ambassador – all of whom will hop on one of the longest hopscotch courses on record to motivate travelers – and all Canadians – to hop, not walk – and vote. Move over moving walkways, the competition has arrived.
We hope you will join us for this fun and unique photo opportunity as ParticipACTION leaps into high gear, inspiring Canadians to visit www.participaction.com/150 and submit or vote on their favourite Canadian way to move.
