Photon Control Announces Board Member Resignation

BURNABY, BC, July 27, 2016 /CNW/ - Photon Control Inc. ("Photon Control" or the "Company") (TSX-V: PHO), a leading developer of optical measurement technologies, today announced that Mr. David C. Dueck has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Dueck joined the Board in 2001 and served as Chairman from 2008 through 2016.  During his tenure the Company made a number of significant advancements including increased sales, profitability, and cash reserves.
