Photon Control Appoints Neil McDonnell as Board Chair
BURNABY, BC, Jan. 13, 2017 /CNW/ - Photon Control Inc. ("Photon Control" or the "Company") (TSX-V: PHO), a leading developer of optical measurement technologies, has appointed Neil McDonnell as Chair of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. McDonnell, who joined the Company's board in November 2016, succeeds Michael Goldstein, who will remain as an Executive Director and Acting CEO. With these changes, Photon Control's board remains comprised of five independent directors and one executive director.
