Photon Control Inc. Announces Changes to Board and Management Team
BURNABY, BC, March 31, 2017 /CNW/ - Photon Control Inc. ("Photon Control" or the "Company") (TSX‐V: PHO), a leading developer of optical measurement technologies, today announced certain changes to its Board of Directors (the "Board") and management team.
Messrs. Robert B. Breault and Joseph Litner have each resigned from the Board of Photon Control, effective March 30, 2017.
Mr. Michael W. Goldstein has resigned from the Board of Photon Control and as acting CEO, effective as of April 1, 2017.
Messrs. Ronan McGrath, Neil McDonnell and Michael Torok remain directors of the Board of Photon Control and Mr. McDonnell remains Chair of the Board.
