Picton Mahoney Tactical Income Fund Announces Initial Distribution

TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - (TSX: PMB.UN) Picton Mahoney Tactical Income Fund, a closed-end investment fund, announced today that it has declared an initial distribution for Class A and Class F of $0.0605 per unit ($0.50 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from the closing date October 18^th, 2012 up to and including the month of November 2012. The distribution will be paid on or before December 14th, 2012 to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2012.
