Pierre Lassonde Ownership in Calibre Mining Corp.

TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2016 /CNW/ - Mr. Pierre Lassonde announced that as a result of a Private Placement he now holds 37,500,000 units of Calibre Mining Corp.    

Mr. Lassonde's current holdings represent approximately 14.13% of the current issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.  Mr. Lassonde has further advised the Company that this acquisition is for investment purposes.  He has indicated that he will review his holdings from time to time and that he may increase or decrease his position as future circumstances may dictate.
