Pierre Novak joins EdgePoint Wealth Management as Relationship Manager for
Quebec

TORONTO , Dec. 3 /CNW/ - EdgePoint Wealth Management is pleased to announce that Pierre Novak has joined the firm as Relationship Manager for the Province of Quebec , effective December 7, 2009 .

Previously, Pierre was Managing Director for BluMont Capital from 2002 to December 2009 where he was responsible for sales in the Quebec territory. Prior to BluMont, Pierre worked for Trimark Investment Management (now Invesco Trimark) from 1991 to 2000 supporting financial advisors in Quebec , where he also built and managed a sales team.

He began his career as an investment advisor at Levesque Beaubien Geoffrion (now National Bank Financial) where he worked from 1986 to 1990.

EdgePoint Portfolios will be available for sale in Quebec in early 2010, pending regulatory approval.
