TORONTO, June 28, 2018 /CNW/ - Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSX: PTG), ("Pivot"), a full-service information technology provider, is pleased to announce that the Company's shareholders voted to approve all business brought before the Company's annual meeting held on June 27, 2018.

Election of Directors
On a vote by ballot, all of the nominees listed in Pivot's Management Information Circular dated May 17, 2018 were elected as Directors of the Corporation until the next annual meeting of shareholders:
