(OTCQX: PVTTF) (CNSX: PVO), a specialty pharmaceutical company with a focus on cardiovascular disease and overall health, is pleased to announce that Dr. George Jackowski, Chief Scientific Officer will be presenting at the Rodman & Renshaw 14^th Annual Healthcare Conference. The conference will be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, NY from September 9-11, 2012.

Dr. Jackowski will provide a corporate update and discuss the recent data showing the superior efficacy of VASCAZEN^TM's unique formulation that was presented at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2012, as well as exciting future prospects for VASCAZEN^TM beyond the Medical Food area. This presentation will take place on Monday September 10, 2012 at 4:55 pm EST in the Starlight South room.
