Plaza Retail REIT announces the election of its Board of Trustees

FREDERICTON, May 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Plaza Retail REIT ("Plaza") (TSX: PLZ.UN) today announced that all candidates named in the Management Information Circular dated April 4, 2014 were elected as trustees of Plaza at its annual meeting of unitholders held in Fredericton, NB on May 22, 2014.  The detailed results of the votes cast by unitholders present in person and by proxy on the election of trustees are as follows:
