Polaris Minerals announces election of directors
VANCOUVER, June 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Polaris Minerals Corporation (the "Company") (TSX:PLS): In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, the Company is pleased to announce the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 4, 2013, in Vancouver, British Columbia. The director nominees, as listed in the Management Information Circular dated April 25, 2013, were elected as directors of the Company at the meeting. The proxy votes submitted for each director were as follows:
