TORONTO, April 2, 2012 /CNW/ - Polo Resources Limited (AIM andTSX: POL) was notified on 30 March 2012 that following a purchase on the same day of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 3.30 pence per share, Neil L. Herbert, Executive Co-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, is interested in a total of 83,385,625 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.63 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
