This long-standing partner specializes in the formulation and packaging of liquid products destined to a wide range of markets, including the home gardening consumer market.
With this 21st acquisition since 2008 – including six in Canada – Premier Tech aims to increase its manufacturing capability, which will allow the company to better deploy its commercial offers and to strengthen its relation with a variety of distribution networks.
Premier Tech welcomes a team of over 30 people renowned for their experience and expertise, thus bringing its Horticulture and Agriculture Group's team to nearly 1 000 people located all around the globe. The new home base will operate under the Premier Tech Biotechnologies Business Unit, which formulates, develops and produces active ingredients used as biostimulants, biofertilizers and biocontrols for the professional horticulture, home gardening and agricultural markets.
