Wastewater from Isolated Dwellings

RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, QC, July 12 /CNW Telbec/ - Premier Tech Aqua (PTA), a business unit of Premier Tech, proudly announces the introduction of a tertiary treatment system using a "self-cleaning" ultraviolet radiation (UV) unit for the disinfection of wastewater from isolated dwellings, following a business agreement combining PTA's strengths to those of UV Pure Technologies Inc.

This automatic cleaning system directly answers the concern highlighted back in 2008: how to ensure that UV disinfection units will, at all time, respect the requirements of tertiary treatment when no sites share the same conditions.

The "self-cleaning" functionality of DiUV Self-cleaning ensures a daily cleaning independently of the variations of water quality and lifestyle (flow rates and stop periods) observed from a household to the next. PTA's DiUV Self-cleaning unit starts one (1) cleaning cycle of duration of five (5) minutes each, every four (4) hours, eliminating quartz fouling.
