For more than 20 years, this Brazilian company located in Jundiaí, São Paulo has achieved great business success relying on high-end technological expertise in the development of packaging and material handling systems.
With this new acquisition, Premier Tech will be integrating the experience and know-how of over fifty people, thus bringing the total number of its team members in the Americas to 1 700. In line with Premier Tech's Industrial Equipment Group other global Business Units, Almeida Martins will now be conducting its material handling and rigid packaging activities under the name Premier Tech Chronos. This 20th acquisition for Premier Tech since the beginning of 2008 marks the accentuation of the company's market penetration in Latin America.
Strongly implanted in Europe and North America, Premier Tech thus lays the groundwork for its expansion into emerging countries.
