IPL Acquisition

MONTREAL, Oct. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The media is invited to a press conference at IPL's headquarters in St-Damien on Monday, October 18, at 1:00 p.m. Julien Métivier, IPL's outgoing chairman, will be accompanied by Jacques Foisy, president and managing partner of Novacap, Michel Côté, Novacap partner and IPL's new Board chairman, and Gaétan Morin, Executive Vice-President, Investments, at the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, in order to officially announce IPL's acquisition by these two investment partners.

A broad outline of the growth plan to ensure IPL holds on to its position as a North-American leader in the manufacture of moulded plastic products will also be presented. A plant visit will be offered after the press conference.
