LONGUEUIL, QC, March 17 /CNW Telbec/ - This press release is being disseminated as required by National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues (the "NI 62-103"). Claude Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. ("Mediagrif") announces that he has acquired on March 15, 2010, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 49,800 common shares of Mediagrif at a price of $6.20 per share, for a total consideration of $308,760. Prior to this transaction, Mr. Roy held 1,364,900 common shares of Mediagrif, directly and indirectly through Les Services de gestion Claude Roy Inc., a corporation which he controls, representing approximately 9.8% of the outstanding common shares of Mediagrif. He is now the beneficial owner, and exercises control over a total of 1,414,700 common shares, representing approximately 10.17% of the outstanding common shares of Mediagrif.

Claude Roy and Les Services de gestion Claude Roy Inc. hold these shares for investment purposes only. Mr. Roy may increase or decrease his beneficial ownership or control over these common shares of Mediagrif, from time to time in the future, depending on market or other conditions.
